The Shark Series® Model WDH820 Sewage Grinder Pump is designed to pump raw sewage in a sewage ejector application. Solids are cut into a slurry using the industry proven "scissor like" Tri-Slice® cutter technology. This includes a rotating cutter cutting against the stationary cutter plate reducing solids down to 1/8". The 200-230 Volt, 2 HP, Model 820 utilizes a vortex impeller. The WDH820, is a fully automatic float-operated grinder pump with a wide-angle float switch hardwired directly into the pump allowing it to turn on when called upon. The Model 820 is constructed with a cast iron body, enabling it to withstand the most demanding sewage ejector applications. The pump's identification tag, handle, and hardware are made of high-quality stainless steel preventing rust and corrosion. Everything about the pump is designed in a way that allows it to hold up in the toughest sewage conditions. Every pump is submerged in water and tested to its published performance curve, ensuring it meets your expectations and delivers peace of mind right out of the box.
